Practice
Grant represents solar developers, non-profits, transportation electrification companies, and clean energy trade associations in administrative litigation, rate cases, rulemakings, and other regulatory matters. Grant works to clear regulatory hurdles for his clients and install incentive structures which hasten our clean energy future.
Experience
Prior to joining Keyes & Fox LLP, Grant worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General where he represented Illinois ratepayers in rate cases and tariff applications before the Illinois Commerce Commission. Grant also reviewed and negotiated legislation relating to public utility service for the office, advocated on behalf of ratepayers in the state’s energy efficiency stakeholder process, and represented the state in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Before the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, Grant clerked for the Honorable Sara Darrow of the Central District of Illinois.
