Practice
Travis’s practice includes representation of clean energy nonprofits, community choice aggregators, electric vehicle infrastructure operators, and business trade organizations. Travis advocates for clients in tariff applications, power plant sitings, administrative rulemakings, and other public utility proceedings across the country.
Experience
Prior to joining Keyes & Fox LLP, Travis served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Residential Utilities Division of the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General. In that role, Travis advocated for residential and small business ratepayers in electric, gas, and telecommunications utility proceedings. Travis represented the people and small businesses of Minnesota in rate cases, renewable energy dockets, prudency reviews, and other utility matters before the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission.
