Practice
Alex focuses her practice on clean energy transactions, representing Community Choice Aggregators, developers, and property owners in project development matters. She drafts and negotiates a variety of agreements that support the development of clean energy projects, such as leases, power purchase agreements, and property rights agreements.
Experience
Prior to joining Keyes & Fox LLP, Alex was an associate attorney at a leading real estate and land use law firm in Denver. There, she represented clients in acquisition and disposition matters, as well as in public hearings and appeals for land use approvals. She also assisted clients with a range of real estate financing matters.
During law school, Alex interned with Defenders of Wildlife, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Boulder County Attorney’s Office.
