Practice
Alissa’s practice includes representation of community choice aggregators, community solar developers, transportation electrification provider, and nonprofit organizations in administrative proceedings before state public utility commissions.
Experience
Prior to joining Keyes & Fox LLP, Alissa served as Kansas City Regional Director and Counsel at Renew Missouri. In this role, she represented Renew Missouri before the Missouri Public Service Commission in utility rate cases, certificate of convenience and necessity filings, dockets related to resource planning and securitization of coal assets, and energy efficiency portfolio filings. Alissa also provided consultation to advocacy groups working in Kansas, California, and Illinois on the design of on-bill energy efficiency financing programs and income eligible energy efficiency program design.
