Practice
Poojan's practice includes representation of community choice aggregators, solar developers, and nonprofit organizations in administrative proceedings before state public utility commissions.
Experience
Prior to joining Keyes & Fox, Poojan served as an attorney-advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. There, Poojan drafted orders and advised the Commission on matters pursuant to the Federal Power Act within the CAISO region.
