For solar and storage developers, Alex advises on the full project lifecycle, from conducting due diligence to negotiating the sale of project companies and associated assets. She also assists clients with programs involving grant funding, distributed generation, and innovative technology. Prior to joining Keyes & Fox, Alex was an attorney at a leading real estate and land use law firm in Denver, Colorado. There, she represented clients in acquisition, disposition, and financing matters, as well as in obtaining contentious land use approvals.
