Alex represents a variety of clients, including community choice aggregators and renewable energy developers, in a range of transactions that drive the clean energy transition. For community choice aggregators, Alex negotiates short-term and long-term contracts for the procurement of resource adequacy, renewable energy, energy storage, and renewable energy credits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. For solar and storage developers, Alex advises on the full project lifecycle, from conducting due diligence to negotiating the sale of project companies and associated assets. She also assists clients with programs involving grant funding, distributed generation, and innovative technology. Clients value Alex’s ability to combine her business sense, eye for detail, and regulatory insight to help them navigate complex landscapes and achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Keyes & Fox, Alex was an attorney at a leading real estate and land use law firm in Denver, Colorado. There, she represented clients in acquisition, disposition, and financing matters, as well as in obtaining contentious land use approvals.
