Grant represents solar developers, non-profits, transportation electrification companies, and clean energy trade associations in administrative litigation, rate cases, rulemakings, and other regulatory matters in proceedings throughout the Midwest and across the country. Grant works to clear regulatory hurdles for his clients and install incentive structures which hasten our clean energy future.

Prior to joining Keyes & Fox, Grant worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General where he represented Illinois ratepayers in rate cases and tariff applications before the Illinois Commerce Commission. Grant also reviewed and negotiated legislation relating to public utility service for the office, advocated on behalf of ratepayers in the state’s energy efficiency stakeholder process, and represented the state in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Second chair on litigation before the Wisconsin Public Service Commission to preserve rooftop solar compensation for residential and small business customers.
